Spiros Athanasiou is a project manager and scientific associate at the "Athena" Research Center and works on open data, open science and open governance issues for more than a decade, supporting the openness community in Greece and Europe. Among other things, he is responsible for the design, development and operation of geodata.gov.gr (one of the first open public data portals in the world) and Hellenic Data Service (HELIX – the national scientific infrastructure for open science), and has contributed to the EOSC architecture as well as numerous other scientific infrastructures. Spiros served as the coordinator of the Open Science Working Group and the writing of the National Plan for Open Science and has the honor of being elected as the first president of the Hellenic Open Science Initiative.

Kostas Koumantaros (Msc), obtained his Bachelor in Computer Science Software Engineering from the University of Essex and his Master in Advanced Computer Science Software Engineering from the University of Manchester. Kostas has been working at GRNET since 2002 and currently serves as Head of the Strategy and Proposals Unit of the Directorate of European and International Infrastructure Projects. Kostas has been involved in several European projects in the field of electronic infrastructure. Kostas was technical director of the Regional Operational Center for Southeast Europe (Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Romania, Bulgaria) for the EC project series EGEE-1,2,3 (Enabling Grids for e-Science in Europe), Task Leader at EGI-Inspire, NGI Manager for Greece, and had a central role in the activity of the EOSC-Hub project (Task Leader in Monitoring, Accounting, Messaging, Security Tools). During the EOSC-Hub project, Kostas worked on defining the interoperability framework for EOSC monitoring and other key EOSC elements. Kostas has also worked on the definition of EOSC Profiles in the EOSC-Enhance project. Currently, Kostas presented GRNET at the EOSC-Future General Assembly while leading Task 4.3 - EOSC Back-Office Monitoring Framework for Resources and participating in WP3. Since 2010, Kostas represents Greece in the EGI.eu Council. In 2022, Kostas was elected Vice-President of Hellenic Open Science Initiative (HOSI) and and serves as an alternate representative of GRNET in the EOSC-Association, also performing the duties of HOSI representation in it as a proxy organization.

Lia Ollandezou is a graduate of the former TEI of Library Science and holds two MAs in "Information Science" from the University of Wales and "Art Law and Arts Management" from the International University. Lia is the coordinator of the HEAL-Link Electronic Resources Committee. Lia's role primarily entails strategic and advisory tasks, policy formulation, licensing strategies and negotiations with many major academic publishers and providers.
